Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the paid services of Viral Day. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Paid Services

New accounts may receive a free trial with 3 clips within 15 seconds and no credit card required. Other services are offered through paid plans and one-off credit top-ups (the "Paid Services"). Credits are the Platform's unit of consumption and are deducted for creating clips, generating AI images and generating AI videos, at the rates shown on the pricing page. By subscribing to a Paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at the time of purchase.

2. Recurring Billing

By choosing a recurring payment plan (monthly or annual), you acknowledge that the service has an initial and a recurring, automatic billing feature. You authorize Viral Day to charge these amounts to your payment method at the start of each new cycle, until you cancel.

Viral Day reserves the right to modify the subscription fee with advance notice, taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. When you cancel:

• You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for (the "current term").
• The subscription will not renew after the current term expires.
• To avoid future charges, you must cancel before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, Viral Day does not refund any fees that you have already paid. All purchases — subscriptions, renewals and one-off credit top-ups — are final.

• Paid Services cannot be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid.
• You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period, nor for credits already used or still unused.
• After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the term you paid for.
• Accounts banned for generating pornographic or sexually explicit content, under Section 4.1 of the Terms of Service, lose access immediately and are not entitled to a refund of any amount paid, including the current term and unused credits.

5. Credits and Projects

Credits included in your plan or purchased as a top-up are valid during the current term, are not convertible to cash and are not refundable, whether used or unused. Unused credits may expire at the end of the cycle, depending on your plan.

6. Free Trial

The trial with 3 clips within 15 seconds is free, does not start automatic billing, has no cash value, and is non-refundable. Current trial availability and rules are shown on the pricing and signup pages.

7. Refunds Required by Law

If a refund is required by the consumer protection law of your country, go to app.realoficial.com.br/reembolso and submit your request, providing your account email, your country and the reason for your request. We will review it and, when applicable, process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, within your payment provider's timelines.
